Chinese manufacturer of single-pass, water based digital inkjet printing machinery, Hanway, has entered into an agreement with us to act as one of its international sales agents in Europe. The agreement, which came into effect in June 2020, will see us representing Hanway in the UK, Ireland and certain countries within Europe.
“We have seen the interest in digital printing rise quickly over the last few years,” says Carl Xu, General Manager at Hanway. “We have many hundreds of machines installed all over the world, with high levels of concentration in China, Asia at large and the Americas. Now it is time to grow our presence in Europe and we feel GTS are an ideal partner. We also confirm that a European headquarters with Hanway staff will be on hand, ensuring fast turnaround of service and training related issues.”
For the last six years or so, we have been helping UK and Irish box plants evaluate various digital printing options. Running at well over 3,000 sheets per hour, this water-based digital inkjet system allows boxmakers to fulfil the requirements of their customers, ensuring full recyclability of the finished box.
