Our service team consists of both electrical and mechanical technicians with years of experience in the corrugated and converting industry. We provide breakdown assistance for all of our partners’ products and, in some cases, can help with other machinery too. We aim to solve your breakdown problem swiftly and efficiently either via telephone or a site visit from one of our technicians who are based at various locations around the UK, enabling a prompt response time.
As the expectations from modern machinery increase both in terms of productivity, quality and reliability, many box plants insist on a preventative maintenance programme to ensure optimum performance from their machinery. GTS Europe can provide you with a bespoke service contract for all equipment supplied by us, giving you peace of mind and ensuring you get the most out of your equipment.
When it comes to training, GTS Europe provides full operator and engineering training for all of our products. As would be expected of any world leading supplier, we provide thorough training during the installation of a new machine, often with help of the installation engineers from our partners. We also offer follow-up refresher training programmes after installation, to help ensure maximum uptime for your machinery.
GTS Europe holds a large inventory of spare parts and consumables for many of our partners’ equipment. For parts not held in stock at our depot in Kent, we can usually courier parts direct from the OEM’s own stock within 24 hours via our experienced spare parts department.
